Taster Tickets Include

Sample and purchase a variety of Maryland wine from a souvenir wine glass; revel in continuous live entertainment; sharpen your palate by attending wine education seminars; purchase food from a wide variety of high quality, distinctive restaurants and caterers; browse through and purchase exceptional works of arts and specialty crafts. Note: this ticket doesn’t provide access to the Explorer Tent.

Non Taster Tickets Include

Please enjoy all the above with the exception of wine glass, wine samples and wine seminars. You also get four soft drinks or bottles of water from the information tent. Note: this ticket doesn’t provide access to the Explorer Tent.

Explorer Pass Includes

The Maryland Wine Explorer Pass wristband includes everything the Taster Ticket provides PLUS exclusive access to premium wine samples from wineries around the state. Featuring a curated selection of Maryland-grown wine, the Maryland Wine Explorer tent allows wine enthusiasts to enjoy fine, local wines. This tent features wines from Black Ankle Vineyard, Love Point Vineyards and Winery, Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard, Thanksgiving Farm Winery, and Clear Skies Meadery. This walk-up tent is in the main part of the festival, it is not a separate fenced area, there are no tables, chairs, separate bathrooms etc. Please note: Maryland Wine Explorer Pass wristbands are limited to 1,000 each day, purchase tickets in advance so you don’t miss out.​

Advanced ticket purchasers may enter at 10:30am each day so that you have time to come in and find your perfect spot before the festival officially opens at 11am (sales and wine pouring will begin at 11am). The event runs rain or shine. Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable and can only be used for the day you purchased them.

* The Non-Taster wristband entitles you to up to four complimentary beverages at our Non-Taster Information Booth. Please present your wristband to the volunteers at our booth, any time during your visit and enjoy a beverage on us.
